Kids love to climb, Rock Gym Climbing is safe!
At Maine Rock Gym we encourage the kids aged 4 and up to participate in a healthy, fun, physical activity. Climbing gives a great sense of achievement. Confidence will increase as the climbing ability increases. Gym climbing is also a social activity, come with friends or make new friends. Encourage one another to achieve new goals, climb routes you only dreamed of climbing a few short weeks earlier. All this can be achieved in our gym under the careful supervision of experienced, committed like minded staff, who are always on hand to give advice and encouragement.

Maine Rock Gym wants to share our passion of climbing with all ages and abilities, so we have created a series of progressive after school programs that cater to the needs of specific age groups to maximize the climber's experience. Our instructors are experienced with teaching and coaching all ages of kids and believe in the benefits of climbing. The confidence and character that the sport of climbing builds is unparallel with any other sport. We build confidence, trust, focus, and physical fitness while always making sure to have tons of Fun. Under guided supervision students will learn how to climb, belay, and repel outside. We will all enjoy pizza, snacks, and refreshments upon our arrival back at the rock gym on Thursday evening.
