Intro. Climbing Course
This progressive two evening course is for the beginner or novice climber who wishes to improve they're climbing skills for the gym and to begin to learn about climbing outdoors. Learn various methods of belaying, rappelling as well as other skills. We will concentrate on movement on the rock, strength training, route selection and safety etc. This is an adult clinic and space is limited. Call for reservations

Women's Climbing Night
Womens night 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 7pm - 9pm. It costs $7.50 for climbers pass, $6.00 Equipment Rental and $5.00 for first time instruction. We've had a great, consistent group attending, with various levels of climbing experience. No appointment is necessary.
